This event is a production of the North American Passive House Network (NAPHN) and is solely responsible for the event.

AIA: To obtain credits, update your profile information with your AIA# and add all sessions you attend to your schedule. Whether in person or online.
PHI: Please download and complete the following form and submit it to PH Institute by emailing it to mail@passiv.de or designer@passiv.de.

The online expo platform will open May 10, attendees will have full use of the platform at that time. Doors open at 11 AM EST on June 10 and 8:30 AM EST on June 11. A complete program can be found here.

We will not share any personal information with other entities for any purpose. All personal demographic data collected will only be used in aggregate. By using the networking functions you opt-in to share your contact information or “electronic business card.” (name, company, address, phone, email) with other participants. Yes the conference session recordings will be available soon after the conference.

We encourage everyone to attend in-person.
To ensure the health and wellbeing of all our in-person attendees and staff we are following local guidelines and some additional measures:
 • Upon arrival, you will need to present proof of vaccination or a negative test result taken at least four days prior to the conference.
 • Your temperature will be taken upon arrival.
 • You are required to wear a mask in the venue except when eating and drinking.
 • Attendees should expect to adhere to social distancing guidelines.

Yes, If you register to attend in-person and a change in plans prevents you from attending, navigate to edit profile > online vs in person, change your selection and save.

No. All program content will be available to both in-person and online attendees. Exhibitor participation may be slightly different between the two platforms. All exhibitors will be able to meet with attendees in-person, or online within the platform.

Yes, you can find attendees, speakers or exhibitors with common interests and arrange for a meeting all within the platform.

The cost is the same in-person or online. NAPHN members receive a 50% discount. Become a member today.
Students, allied groups, and BIPOC receive a discount. Contact conference@naphnetwork.org for more information.

Yes, all sessions will be recorded and made available online to conference attendees through the end of 2021.
